Thanks for choosing Nezer Wellness Mushroom Gummies. We want your order to reach you quickly and in perfect condition. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where carrier service is available. We do not ship internationally at this time. If international shipping is something you'd like to see, drop us a note at hello@nezergummies.com — we track every request.

Shipping is on us

All one-time and subscription orders shipped within the United States qualify for free standard shipping. There is no minimum order value. Any shipping promotions advertised at checkout will be applied automatically.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate dispatch email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery times

After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be longer (typically 5–10 business days). These windows are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Carriers and tracking

We ship via USPS, UPS, or a comparable carrier selected based on destination and service availability. A tracking number is sent to the email associated with your order as soon as the package leaves our fulfillment center. You can also view tracking information from the Orders page of your Nezer account.

Subscription deliveries

If you've signed up for a subscription, your gummies ship automatically on the cadence you selected (monthly by default). You can skip, pause, or reschedule any upcoming shipment from the Subscription page in your account up until the order processing window begins. Once an order has entered processing, changes can no longer be made to that specific shipment.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not able to reroute packages once they've been handed off to the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment due to an address error provided by the customer may incur an additional fee equal to our actual carrier cost.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If your tracking has not updated for 5 or more business days during transit, please reach out and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@nezergummies.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will replace damaged products at no charge.

Refused or unclaimed packages

If you refuse delivery or fail to claim a package and it is returned to us, we'll work with you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs may apply. If you'd prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we'll refund the product cost minus any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Holiday and weather delays

During major U.S. holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) and severe weather events, carriers may experience delays beyond their standard delivery windows. We'll do everything possible to ship your order on time, but cannot guarantee carrier transit times during these periods.
